Since January 2018 I have been fighting the social security Adm Reason being Someone Killed someone and had People ID Them As Me, A death certificate was issued and The Pa Dept of Health Destroyed my Birth-certificate"S",
SO I WAS TOLD BY PA DEPT OF HEALTH VI(AL STATICS That the birth certificate was destroyed and I no-Longer Exist,& They don't know why or who ,but it can not ever be reconnected
I'm just simple done forever, not even ever having a means of support or survival ,Judge Vicki at Morgantown WVA. is aware of it, even my medical records were destroyed.

SO NOW I HAVE NOTHING, the saying goes "Nothing Plus nothing  Equals Nothing" 
Someone Gave Me A Death Sentence and That s the bottom Line of It All
I guess For years now People of Fairchance PA always wanted me Dead, I guess the Final Got there wish,Being In The Italian Mafia Since The age 2 or 3 And Adopted Son of Edward Scarfo, it takes 3 million dollars to kill me by contract, ad I even want it done now, I"M DONE AND NO LONGER EXIST and IT's For All Eternity.
